Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Processing of in-stock items takes 24-48 hours, and shipping time ranges from one to six days within the continental US.

Shipping Methods and Pricing

Continental US: Most orders within the continental US are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For the most efficient order processing and accurate pricing, we provide USPS Ground as our standard service. UPS and FedEx are available by using your UPS or FedEx account number or authorizing a separate charge to your credit card. If you would like an express delivery, please contact Customer Service with details, so we can calculate shipping fees and a total cost before you are charged.

International, Military, and Alaska/Hawaii: We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military, and international addresses. If your order is being sent outside the continental US, we will calculate shipping fees and contact you with your order total before you are charged.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. Tax is not applied to shipping charges.

Approximate Shipping Times

Delivery times are approximations for ground shipping. Please add 1-2 business days for order processing. Please note: We offer ONLY ground shipping at this time. For additional information, contact Customer Service.
