Any return must have the above information on the OUTSIDE of the package, or it may be refused.

General Returns

You may return unopened items within 15 days of the original delivery date.

We will pay return shipping costs ONLY if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15 percent.

All returned items must be in unopened and in original condition. Upon receipt of intact, unopened merchandise, Cinema Secrets will credit you within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

Halloween Returns

Any Halloween merchandise returns must be received no later than October 20 of the year of purchase. No returns of Halloween merchandise will be accepted after this date or if the product has been opened, although reasonable exceptions will be considered.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise Returns
